Processing time is 1-2 business days, and estimated transit time is 3-5 business days after shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Opened, used, expired, altered, damaged, or improperly packaged haircare and personal care products may not qualify for a full refund.
